At Active-path-web S.R.L. we understand that trust is the foundation of every professional relationship. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you share with us when you visit active-path-web.com or subscribe to our newsletter. This document is governed by the Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Law No. 164 on Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Communication, and the guidelines in force for 2026 issued by the Bolivian Agency for Electronic Government and Information and Communication Technologies (AGETIC).

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form: full name and email address. We also collect limited technical data (anonymised IP address, browser type and visit duration) via analytics cookies. We do not collect or store sensitive data, banking information or data from minors.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data exclusively to: (i) send you the monthly newsletter and the materials you request, (ii) answer your enquiries, (iii) keep aggregated statistics on website performance and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your data for commercial profiling or to offer financial products.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, granted by ticking the relevant box in the form, and on Active-path-web S.R.L.'s legitimate interest in managing the informative relationship with its subscribers.

5. Retention and disclosure of data

We retain your data while your subscription remains active and for a maximum of twenty-four (24) additional months for statistical purposes. We do not share your information with third parties, except for technological providers (email service and web hosting) acting as processors and bound by confidentiality agreements equivalent to ours.

6. Rights of the data subject

At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by sending a signed request to contact@active-path-web.com, attaching a copy of your identity document. We will address your request within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.

7. Security of information

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including channel encryption (TLS 1.3), access controls, two-factor authentication for our staff and biannual internal audits, in order to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of your information.

8. Changes to this policy

Active-path-web S.R.L. may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. The current version will always be published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
